Change Email Template

Hi,

Did you fixed the support task ID = 141328 to enable custom text within the email template?

Sending an email to the top management, starts with "Hi" is totally unacceptable (if we like to retain our job :) )

Currently, Enhancement Request # ?141328 is still pending in our system, with no further updates at this time. I will speak to our Development team, and post an update here if any news comes to hand.

I have just checked the status of this task and I can advise that it is still not been allocated to our development team. I will chase the development team to get an update and will update the forum once I have any further information.
