I think the issue is that the mail server would not send the report because it exceeded a message size threshold. I was a little confused because the report on the screen at the time I hit the Distribute button was only 4 lines long. I changed the report delivery type to .csv and it was successfully delivered but I notice that the report has 9800+ rows (the size of the report prior to the drill down).

So, if you drill down and hit Distribute, shouldn't YF deliver the drilled down report (IOW, apply the filter that was used to get to the drill down that is displayed on the screen)?

Yes it probably should be sending out the same result set you see on screen. We'll check this out.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue - when I drill down before emailing the report, the report sent out has the lower level of data (the same as I see on screen).

Are you using 5.0?
