Removing Report Title From Excel Export
11 June, 2015
When exporting a report from Yellowfin to Excel, the report name is exported to row 1 of the spreadsheet, along with the description (if applicable) followed by several blank lines before the column headers finally start. Is there a way to remove these first few lines and just have the column headers start on row 1 of Excel? Thanks.
Hi,
Your report title and description can be removed in the Report Output page > Report Formatting > Title & Description, as per below ;
In these settings, change the Style to Custom, then set the Display Title and Display Description to " No ", then click the "x" in the top-right corner to save these settings. Your Report Title and Description should now not be visible in your Report Output, or if you export the report to another format.
Let me know if this is the information you required, or if I can help further.
Kind Regards,
Danny
