What is the process for expert approval?

What is the steps for an expert for a secure category to approve a report to be published to that category (if the category already has expert approval selected)?
The general process for expert approvals is:
1. Assign an expert to a sub-category. (Make sure the Expert has read/write access to the category as well).
2. As another user (not the expert) create a report in the category. When you save it into the selected category it will say that it requires approval.
3. If you then login as the Export you will see the new report awaiting approval in the users inbox.
(Note the Icon on the report titled "Draft Report").
4. The approver can then approve the request when viewing the report.
5. Thats it. The report should then be approved and visible to everyone.
There is a function that you can give users called Approval Admin.
This allows anyone with the function to approve requests, even if they are not the nominated expert.

Hello - I would like to ask for some background if ok.
I noticed in Yellowfin BI 7.1 that the approver is given only the option to Approve, Reject or View (via the Inbox feature).
If the approver wants to make an edit to the report, it appears that "View" is the option to select. The approver then needs to Copy the report and publish it?
Do I have this correct in terms of workflow?
